Q: I see things on your website about ordering? Do you have online ordering?
A: Yes! We do have online ordering. Just go to our website and follow a few simple steps to create an account, or call us and we can set it up for you!
Q: Why would I place my order online?
A: The benefit of online ordering is you will receive a 3% discount on online orders! Also, you will earn Rabbit Reward points, which are redeemable for gift cards to cool restaurants and shopping!
Q: Isn't there a delay with online ordering? What about security?
A: We house our own secure server and website. This means that as soon as you place the order it goes straight to our dispatchers.
Q: I only do occasional deliveries with American and like their personal service, Quick Delivery sounds big and expensive, is that true?
A: Actually we have very competitive prices; in some cases you will find we are less expensive! We are not the big box delivery companies that do not even know your name. We have many clients that are not "high volume" customers, but with our commitment to customer service, we treat those customers with the same friendly, affordable, and personalized service!
Q: I do deliveries everyday with American. Will Quick Delivery be able to handle my business?
A: Absolutely. We have customers doing multiple deliveries every day, utilizing our whole fleet of cars, vans, and trucks. We have been aggressively adding to our fleet in order to ensure that you will be able to rely on us for all your delivery needs!
Q: Are there any different things that Quick Delivery offers?
A: While our core business is same day delivery, we offer a number of other delivery and delivery related services:
| Trucks | We have a number of straight trucks that can hold up to 28,000 lbs. Most have air-ride and all have liftgates for deliveries without docks. |
| Warehouse | We have a large warehouse to store your items for a day or many months. |
| Routes | Do you need the same deliveries done every day or on certain days? Whether it is getting your mail or daily deliveries to your customers, we can do it. |
| First Flight Out | We are Transportation Security Administration (TSA) certified to ship on commercial aircraft, which means we can deliver to the airport, fly your package across the country, and deliver it to your destination, often on the same day. |
| Charter | Is First Flight Out not fast enough for you? We can put your package on a chartered plane and deliver it - the fastest of any service. |
Q: How will I know a Quick Delivery Service driver when I see one?
A: All of our drivers are employees of Quick Delivery Service and they all wear blue polo shirts or jackets with "Justin Time", our mascot, on a motorcycle on them.
